I was interested to see how the casual, casino located in Arundel Mills' Maryland Live! complex, would translate the concept I have known and loved for all of my life. As I have grown up enjoying the elegant, perfectly orchestrated The Prime Rib Supper Club, complete with male-only servers in tuxedos for multiple family occasions, I was eager to go. I was invited me to sample and tour the newly licensed concept operating in the Maryland Live! Casino. It is known The Prime Rib is renowned for tender cuts of USDA Prime steaks, the freshest seafood selections, an expansive wine list, and an atmosphere that is as elegant as it is comfortable.
It has continued to be a Mid-Atlantic hotspot in Baltimore, Washington DC and Philadelphia institution.
The Prime Rib, designed by brothers Buzz and Nick BeLer to evoke the elegant supper clubs of 1940's Manhattan, opened in Baltimore, Md.
